- User Responsibility for Uploaded Content
- Own all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to upload and distribute the content.

- Our Response to Valid Notices
- Promptly review the claim.
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content, if appropriate.
- Notify the user responsible for the content and provide information on how to submit a counter-notification.
- Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its prior location on the site.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the removal was in error.
- Your full name, phone number, and email address.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the UK courts and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
We will review the counter-notification and may restore the content unless the original claimant files a legal action within the required timeframe.
- Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or violate our terms of service.
- Limitation of Liability and Hosting Provider Role
Acoustic Version UK acts solely as a platform provider and does not exercise editorial control over user-submitted content.
In accordance with UK eCommerce Regulations, we act as a hosting provider and respond expeditiously to valid infringement notices.
We do not proactively monitor content but will take appropriate action to maintain compliance with copyright laws and protect intellectual property rights.
